All content, including the 3D Shed Configurator, logos, images, and text on ncs-barns.com, are the exclusive property of North Country Storage Barns LLC. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any site assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2. A2P SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging & Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from North Country Storage Barns LLC.

Purpose: Communications include project quotes, order status, scheduling, and promotional offers.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties (see Privacy Policy).

3. Order Process and Pricing

Quotes: Price quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders: Orders for custom structures (modular homes, custom garages) require a non-refundable deposit as specified at the time of purchase.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to material surcharges or market fluctuations before an order is finalized.

4. Delivery, Site Preparation, and Permits

Permits: The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary local building permits and ensuring compliance with zoning laws or HOA regulations.

Site Readiness: The site must be level (within 6 inches) and clear of obstructions. If our delivery crew arrives and the site is not ready, a "Dry Run" fee may apply.

Access: We are not responsible for damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities (septic, sprinklers, etc.) if the delivery requires driving over unpaved surfaces.

Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule delivery due to inclement weather to protect your property and our equipment.

5. Warranties and Liability

Our products carry specific warranties (e.g., 50-year siding, 30-year roofing). These warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and do not cover damage caused by "Acts of God," neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
